Product Returns via BoxNow
If you received your order via BOX NOW and want to return the product to our e-shop, the process is simple!
- Write the 10-digit voucher number — the one from your original parcel — on the return package.
- If you no longer have the voucher, you can find the 10-digit number in the SMS or Viber message you received from BOX NOW.
- If you’ve kept the original voucher, just stick it onto the return package.
- Take the return package to the BOX NOW locker that’s most convenient for you. On the pinpad, enter the 10-digit number and press OK.
- Place the package in the locker compartment and close the door.
